The Rector of Exeter: Frances Cairncross
Frances Cairncross, who has been both interviewer and interviewee for Voices from Oxford, gave the introductory speech at the Launch Party in the magnificent Divinity School of the University of Oxford. A former Editor at The Economist, Frances Cairncross brings extensive media experience to VFO as well as her experience as a very successful and stimulating head of an Oxford College.
