Stuart Webber, President of the Oxford Union talks with the Director of Voices from Oxford, Dr Sung Hee Kim. He talks about some of the speakers invited to Oxford during his term as president, including many heads of state, football manager Harry Redknapp, filmstar turned performance artist Shia LaBeouf, Star Wars icon Mark Hamill and Mary Berry from the TV show, The British Bake Off. Stuart also praises the courage and artistry of people who come to speak in Oxford Union debates in front of hundreds of people, and compares this to the petty point scoring and lack of etiquette which occurs in online debates. An English Literature student at Somerville College, University of Oxford, Stuart talks about his passion for poetry, in particular that of Percy Shelley, as well as the prose of Thomas Hardy.
