Sir Drummond Bone, Master of Balliol College, University of Oxford introduces the former and current JCR Presidents. Sir Adam Ridley held the post during the college’s 700th anniversary celebrations in 1963. His speech contrasts with that of Alex Bartram, the current holder, but both relate a similar story: how the college has continually changed whilst remaining true to it’s traditions.
