Prof Youmin Xi, President of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University in China gives a lecture at Balliol College, University of Oxford, introduced by the Master of the College, Sir Drummond Bone. In the lecture, he outlines his theories of educational management and tells the story of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, a collaborative university where students are awarded both Chinese and English degrees.
