David Murray is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of
Oxford, and a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Nuffield
Orthopaedic Centre NHS Trust, Oxford. He specialises in hip and knee
surgery.
Here he delivers a short talk on inflammatory responses to applied
biomaterials in orthopaedic surgery from the perspective of a surgeon.
