Maxim Miterev from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm & Politecnico di Milano in Italy delivers a lecture titled, “Exploring program management competences for various program types”. It was given at the 4th IPMA Research Conference held at Reykjavik University, Iceland. Maxim stresses the importance of recognising that not all projects and programs require similar competencies, and that the ‘one size fits all’ approach of the literature should be challenged.
