Rector of Exeter College, Frances Cairncross makes the opening speech at the Voices from Oxford launch party held in the Divinity School, University of Oxford. The former editor of the Economist praises the Voices from Oxford films, and describes a recent promotional video featuring Exeter College as ‘fantastic’. She is introduced by the Director of Voices from Oxford, Dr Sung Hee Kim.
