Sir Drummond Bone, Master of Balliol College, University of Oxford, introduces the unveiling of the Major Benefactors’ Plaque as a tribute to the particularly generous financial donors to the college. The plaque was funded by Peter Scott and now encompasses the most honoured donors of the last 750 years.
